Pre-Design: This is all about getting to know each other, understanding your needs and desires and discussing  conceptual ideas.

 

Concept Design: we develop concepts through drawing and 3D modelling, which we present to you for consideration and feedback.

 

Design Development: we refine the preferred concepts and progress them into more detailed and resolved designs.

 

After Design Development projects move into their more technical stages.

You can choose to be as involved in the next stages of the project as you wish, or let us manage it for you.

 

Development Application (DA): Plans are finalised and lodged with the council for approval, this can take up to six months and may involve modifications. Some projects can be suitable to a different process (CDC) this is something we will consider and discuss at the pre-design stage.

 

Construction Documentation: Your council-approved designs are further detailed into a complete construction drawings set ready for a building team.
